- This pose seems a bit overdone, if you know what I mean. Her hair needs a lot of work, as it doesn't seem natural. Try giving her a forehead and eyebrows. Her hand should be bigger, too. The skirt looks nice, but making it a different color would allow you to bring out the folds via shading.
