- u need to make the wings look more like wings instead of confetti she is way too thin and unproptional the chest region has no structure the arms look unnatrual the neck is too short and the whole thing is off balanced and the wings need shape

I like the shape of her wings, but the feathers making them up seem sort of...string-like to me. I believe that would be a problem when flying through the air, don't you?
If there is wind, wouldn't her hair and her skirt be moving too?
Her shoulders seem tense, and her chest seems a little too...lifted, perhaps? It shouldn't look like that, or at least make it appear as though she has two breasts please.
