her hair is very good and the necks fine it is alittle long bur i dont care

- Give it a bit of a thinner brush or whatever GIMP uses. I used a really thick brush in photoshop to ink my first picture, and it looked a bit weird. The shading could use a tad bit of work, too. Other than that, I can't give you any advise no one else has given you, so there it is. 4/5

Looks really nice, the neck could be a lil shorter tho. And if she's happy the eye brows shouldn't be at that angle... only if she's happy. If you want her to have a worried look then have a closed smiling mouth, or just a straight line.
