@Mei You must have really long arms. As far as I'm concerned, Elbows stop mid-torso and hands stop mid-thigh. The proportions in the drawing are accurate. (In exception to the thing neck which I understand is a part of the style)

Watch your proportioning though, the arms are waaaayyyy too short (elbows stop at the waist and hands stop at the knees)
But most people make that mistake, otherwise well done!
