She's actually in a pumpkin shaped snowglobe, so the little dots are supposed to be the little snowflakes.
I'm still unsure whether I should color this or not.

Yeah, I do agree, that would be cool.
I have a snowman shaped snowglobe, it's pretty cool, but a pumpkin would be sweater.
