Hm...
Well, to me, it looks like she's about to fall over. She's slanted a itsy-bitsy bit to the left, and her head's position is probably helping that. Of course, she's smoking, so...
Also, the body proportions seem to be a little too big and a little too thin in some places, especially around her hip-section.
Lastly, the bird's legs aren't gonna be able to hold it up for very long.
