- ok.. she HAS HANDS ppl. This isn't a finished version.. i posted the finished one... she's holding scissors and a puppet... and it's not chibi and anime mixed.. it's just a young girl... she's supposed to be short.

- You may ned to work on hands and such, but there's one thing you do greatly and that's hair detail. Nice picture I really like it.

- You really have to get the anatomy right. I don't care if it's anime themed. Anatomy is important in every genre of art, with some exceptions such as abstract. Also, start drawing some hands. It's going to be hard for her to hold things like cups or chips without them. Normal Anime style and chibi don't work together like that.
