At Tsuki: the red thing is a bow. It's supposed to be a japanese style school uniform. That's why the collar is green. And that's not an arm, that's a sleeve.
Okay, as for the art, worry about details after you've finished. It almost looks like you rushed through the drawing part so you could color the eyes and hair. Work on face shapes and angles, defining cheeks and the jaw bone. I really see potential here! - Report As Spam

- She looks like a fatty. The hair has nice detail, as do the eyes, but, is that supposed to be an arm there? (1) Its uncolored (2) Its bizarrely misshapen. And I dont understand that red bit at the bottom. Even if it got cut off, i should still be able to identify every aspect of the picture with ease.
