- he's right, unless this is supposed to be a chibi (not that it looks really chibish...) human heads aren't the same size as their bodies, not even anime heads are. (unless chibi) the lineart isn't bad in style but the the proportions are really odd and you might wanna work on them...

- Coloring is good, picture, not so much. The head is too big and etc.
