I was really bored, so I drew this. Yes, their eyes are not showing. I just drew it like that. The dude in the suit with the sort of blue-ish hair is the same person from my other drawing ( he's the dude with the rapier).

- To improve, why don't you try drawing eyes, noses, lips, and hands? Though they're difficult, the picture looks incomplete and mediocre at best without those features. Texture to the fabric would also be nice, and you definitely should take a look at an anatomy book, or at least find references for poses.
