I really like it -- you've got excellent line-art
and a really great grasp on shading.
Some
things I might suggest, however, is the curve of
her face -- it's very pronounced, even for a
child, I think. Her nose is unpoportionate to the
rest of her features, and her mouth is in a bit of
an awkward pose, I think.
Also, once you
started the neck, it seems like you shrunk the
poportions quite a bit. It's a bit odd looking to
