I'm sorry but it looks like you based this guy heavily on akito from air gear.
orange hoodie, eye patch and same shaped face.
the only thing different is the colour of his hair.
and i'm not entriely convinved its your work but if it is i'd still say 5/5 if not slightly decieving and unoriginal.
