She's a character that I did to represent me on in RPG that I run. She's orginal, I swear. Not a photo, not a tracing, straight out of my head piece of art.
edit: Yes, she's done on a computer. I do the basics with Poser, render it all in Bryce, and then spend about 6 hours working on stuff in Photoshop, not including the pre-Poser work done on her body texture and/or the texture of props/clothing.

picture; is it the hair? the eyes? the
background?
if you are critiquing, start with
something you like about the picture, then mention
specifically what you don't like. (eg. the hair is
