Your problem is anatomy. The guy's neck is too far forward when connecting the head and isn't straight enough when shooting out from the torso. His forehead and jaw don't match; the jaws on both are too big.
All that aside, I think you have talent, but your skills need to be refined. Try studying anatomy from photography. You have great potential! - Report As Spam
