You need alot of work.
The profile is unproportional;the nose is kinda flat. and the eyes are up too high, with too small of a forehead.
Oh, and it's like the character has no chin.
To draw, I go to google for pics of anime/manga characters and combine their featurs to use as a resource for my drawing. It helps.
