• A Stain In My Past

I’ve been flipping through past pages
    Of my notebook,
    I notice a juice stain.
    Somewhere in my past,
    A juice stain
    Affected six of my pages.
But I turn to a new blank page
I find it smooth and clean.
No stains. Not ripped. Brand new.
    I flipped
    And flipped,
Brand new pages are waiting for me.
Next time I will try to be careful
    With ruining my words,
    But there will be times
    When the pages
    Curl up or bend,
But ahead I see they will soon
    Mend.
