• Chapter 5: The Ultimate Champion!

    Ryu, Rina, and Pikachu continue on their journey. They made it past the forest and into Route 236. "Man, we finally made it out of that forest!" said Rina. "You're only happy because you didn't want to see any bug Pokemon." said Ryu. Rina punched him on the head. "What was that for?!" asked Ryu holding from the pain. "Because you're a pain in the neck!" answered Rina. Then a boy with another Pikachu bumped Ryu. He stopped and looked back at Ryu. "Oh! Sorry about that!" said the boy. Ryu then noticed his face. "Wait a minute!" he said. "Aren't you Red?!" Red was in trouble. "You are Red!" said Ryu surprised. "Wait a minute! You mean the 'Red' who won all four Pokemon Leagues?!" asked Rina. Red sighed. "Yes I am!" he said. "It's an honor to meet you Red!" said Ryu bowing down. "Huh?" asked Red. "You see, the only thing why I wanted to become a Pokemon trainer because you inspired me to become one!" Ryu explained. "I heard you defeated Team Rocket, Team Aqua, Team Magma, and Team Galactic! May I have a Pokemon battle with you?"

    "Sure! How many Pokemon do you have?" asked Red. "Um, three Pokemon." said Ryu. "OK! Then we'll do a three on three Pokemon battle!" said Red. They found an open field and began to battle. "Go! Pikachu!" said Red. Red's Pikachu ran into battle. "You go too, Pikachu!" said Ryu. Ryu's Pikachu ran into battle. "Pika use Volt Tackle!" said Red.Pika used Volt Tackle and began rushing to Ryu's Pikachu. "Pikachu use Quick Attack to dodge it!" said Ryu. Pikachu used Quick Attack and jumped in the air. Red's Pikachu stopped and looked up in the air. "Pikachu use Iron Tail!" said Ryu and Red at the same time. Red's Pikachu and Ryu's Pikachu used Iron Tail and clashed together.

    A big explosion appeared and a big smoke began to fade. Both Pikachus stood there. "Pikachu use Thunder-shock!" said Ryu. Pikachu let out a strong electricity. "Pika use Surf!" said Red. A big tsunami came behind Pika swooped up Ryu's Pikachu. "PIKACHU!!!!" shouted Ryu. The field cleared and the tsunami went away. "Oh no!" said Rina. Ryu ran to Pikachu. "Pikachu are you okay?!" asked Ryu. Pikachu slowly opened it's eyes. "You're okay!" said Ryu. Pikachu's eyes opened wide. It noticed that it lost. "It's alright you don't have to fight anymore!" said Ryu. Pikachu got out of Ryu's arms and ran into battle. "PIKAAA!" it shouted. "You still wanna fight?" asked Ryu. Pikachu shook it's head. "Okay! Pikachu! GOOO!!!" said Ryu. Pikachu jumped . "Pika! Go!" said Red. Red's Pikachu jumped as well. Will Ryu's Pikachu win against Red's Pikachu? We'll see you on the next chapter!
