• After a long conversation about why I dislike Vampire's the Corpse nodded and bowed his head to me.
"I promise not to treat you the way they have, Kevin." He said.
I blinked in confusion and nodded. "Yeah... It's okay." I cocking an eyebrow at him.
What a weirdo... Why would he do that? He really isn't normal, is he? I think looking over his body, mainly his back.
He was very tall, with a straight back, and a spine that poked at his skin as if it were trying to force it's way out.
I shuttered. They only get that skinny and boney looking if they haven't had anything to 'drink' in a long time. Which means he'll be hunting after the first human, or being with blood in their body, the first chance he gets. I stepped back from him. "Hey... Uhm... You should really get something to drink because... Your bones are... kinda sticking out a bit..." I say pointing at his still bent back.
He stood back up straight and tilted his head at me. "Really? I didn't notice." He looked at his hand and chuckled. "Huh. I guess your right, Kevin." He looked at me and swallowed, like he was nervous. "I guess I... should have something... to make me not so..." He took a step closer, "So..."
    I took step back. "Boney?"
He nodded and swallowed again, advancing on me. "Yes... Not so boney..." He reached out towards me face and his eyes turned a dark crimson color.
I knew what came next, and knew exactly how to keep it from coming or happening. I looked away and closed my eyes. "Don't touch me, Corpse!" I ordered.
He jumped and pulled his hand away. "Ah... I apologize... I... must have lost myself for a second..." His eyes went back to a dark black and he looked at the floor in shame. "I'm terribly sorry. I promise that I would never lay a hand on you, and then only moments later I'm on the verge of breaking that very promise. I apologise, Kevin. It will never happen again. I'll have one of my maids bring me something to get over this... problem." He said swallowing nervously.
I nodded, opening my eyes, but not looking at him. "Uh huh..."
He sighed and turned away, heading for the fridge. "Nevermind. I'll just having something out of here." He said opening the door and taking out a large whine bottle that was just clear glass, so you could see what was inside it. And what was inside made my stomach flip. He turned to me and tried to look in my eyes, but gave up and looked at the floor. "You don't mind if I have this in front of you, do you?" He asks.
I shake my head no, but in my head I'm wishing to take the bottle and smash it on the floor, then have him clean it up all on his own.
He nodded and went to get a glass.
My stomach tightened as I watched the red liquid swish around in the bottle, staining the sides a light pink until it desended down to where the liquid rested.
Corpse took out a crystal glass and poured it inside.
I looked away and felt my arm start to hurt.
    Why you ask?
Only ten years ago I was one of the poor people who had to give blood for the stinkin' corpses to drink so they don't wilt up and die. But I wasn't willing, they took it by force. Me along with almost hundreds of others. They would follow you around after they let you out at night, to make sure your not going to the police and telling them that I was being forced to give what was rightfully mine. And if you even came near the police station, or even an officer, they would grab you and take you back to the farming house, then take more then they usually do as punishment. I only tried to get to the police once, but never did again after that.
They would stick a large needle in your arm and leave you there the whole day, until nightfall. Then they would come out and take the needle out so you could take a short breather, then the next day you were ordered to come back in and give your blood. The needles were attached to a large matien that mixed the blood with a small amount of real whine, giving the affect of real, human, whine.
But they only took Werewolf blood, because we produce blood faster then humans do. So I was very unlucky that way...
Then when a police officer noticed a few Vampires following a Werewolf around suspiciously he followed them all back to the farming house and immediatly shut the place down. They stopped sales of the illegally protuced liquor and imprisoned all the Vampire's that had been in on working at the factory.
The scent of Michelle's drink made me want to beat him up for even having it in such a overly decorative bottle. Why would he care what kind of bottle his stupid blood has to be put in anyway, it's not like you would go around showing the bottle off to everyone at your house. That's just stupid. Who would you show it to other then yourself, hm?
I glared at him as he took a long drink from it, finishing the whole glass off easily.
He put it down and licked his lips.
I felt my insides get even tighter.
He sighed contently and watched as the blood went through his body, restoring everything to normal. "Much better." He turned to me and smiled. "Don't you think."
I narrowed my eyes and then looked away from him.
He seemed hurt by my anger and looked at the floor. "You don't like it when I have something to drink in front of you, do you?"
I glared at him now. "Ya think?"
He swallowed and shook his head. "Certainly not."
I shook my head and glared off in another direction. "Dumb corpse." I hiss.
He looked at me. "I apoligise. I won't having anything to drink in front of you anymore. I can see it upsets you."
I sighed and nodded, not looking at him as I kicked off the wall and headed back to my room. "Uh huh. I'm going to bed now." I say half heartedly.
He jumped and put his blood away. "Wait!"
I turned around and glared at him. "What do you want?"
He smiled. "I want to walk you to your bed room to say goodnight." He said excitedly.
I sighed and began walking away again. "Sure. Whatever. I don't care. It's your house, Corpse."
    He chuckled. "Perfect."

He did as he wanted and walked me to my room.
I stood in my door and waited for him to say something.
But he just stood there like an idiot, looking at me and smiling like a fool.
I looked back at him finally and narrowed my eyes. "What are you staring at?"
His smile widened. "Hm? Nothing. I'm just over joyed that your here."
I blinked in confusion. "Okay... Thank you?"
He grinned and bowed his head. "Your welcome. I'll be leaving now. I hope you enjoy the rest of your night." He says standing back up straight and sighed.
I nodded. "Yeah. You too." I say trying to end this conversation so I could go to bed, like I wanted to.
He suddenly lifted his hand up and put it on my neck.
I jumped and grabbed his arm. "Hey! What are you doing?"
He seemed to get serious. "Kevin... Calm down." He ordered.
I glared at him, but let his arm go and tried to calm myself down some.
He nodded and seemed to focus on something. His cold fingers felt oddly refreshing against my constantly hot skin.
I looked away from him and sighed.
He smiled. "Very good. Just keep breathing easily and I'll be done soon." He said sounding more like a doctor then just some guy putting his fingers on my neck.
I rolled my eyes and did as he asked.
He leaned down tried to put his head near my neck.
I jumped and pulled away. "Woah! Okay! That's all. No more! I thought it was bad enough to have you touching me, but doing that is out of the question!" I bark at him.
He stepped away and bowed his head. "I apologise. I was only trying to listen and feel your heart beat... I love hearing hearts busy at work... But I can see that the only man that I can get close to, doesn't even want me to touch him... I understand, Kevin. I'll leave you alone." He said walking down the hall way to his room.
I watched him go to his room and shut the door quiet, my eyes glaring at him in pure hatred.
Suddenly an alarm started to go off and I almost jumped out of my skin in fright. I spun around and saw my alarm clock flashing and going off, it would have woken up... If I had gone to bed last night.
I groaned in frustration and threw my lighter at the clock. "God d*** it!" I shout.
The clock shut off on it's own and went into 'snooze' mode.
I sighed and pinched the bridge of my nose. "I hate my life." I grumble.
A maid comes in the room and giggles. "Don't say that. I'm sure after a while you'll get used to the alarm and the sleep schedual." She said missing the whole point to my agression completely. "Did you get a good sleep?" She asks innocently.
I smile fakely at her and sighed. "The best I've ever had." I lie.
She laughed excitedly. "That's great! And I also heard from the night time maids that you also had a fun time with Lord Michelle."
I shrugged. "I guess so... He's sort of boring... And smiles too much." I say looking at the smiling, chippery, maid.
She laughed again. "Everyone acts like that around here. We teach ourselves to act happier then a bird with a worm."
I nodded and walked over to the alarm clock, grabbing my lighter and turning the alarm off completly. "I hate that god d*** thing." I growl taking out a cig and lighting it up. I looked at the maid. "What are you doing here?" I ask coldly.
She jumped. "Oh! Lord Michelle told me to get you dressed as quickly as possible so you can get to work." She said blushing slightly.
    I glared at her.
She jumped at my stare and took a step back. "W-what's wrong?"
I narrowed my eyes. "I don't need help to get dressed."
Her face got brighter. "But-but, Lord Michelle said that it was my job to get you dressed propperly." She said looking hurt.
I darkened my stare and took a drag from the smoke. "Oh yeah?" I growl, my voice rumbling.
    She swallowed in fear.
I let the smoke out and flicked her off, walking up to the girl and pushing her all the way to the door, then looking down at her with pure hatred. "Get out and stay out, pervert." I hiss slamming the door in her face. I turned around and walked to the closet, opening it and taking out what I usually wear. Black jeans, a red T-shirt and a large gray hoddie to over the shirt. I thought it was simple, and really made me look like a bad a**. So I felt good wearing it. "Tch! I don't need help getting dressed. What is that idiot talking about? Every living person should know, and be able, to dress on their own. Without having some perverted girl try and help you pull up your boxers, just so she can get a look at your d***. God, I hate this place." I growl to myself.
