• Sleepily, I opened my eyes, and I was still on the ground. Soaked in blood, and I wondered how this could just happen. I heard a high pitched cling, and my ears flicked painfully. I rolled over to see, "Ow, ow, ow!", I whined as I rolled. My chest was severely injured, and I looked a few feet away. There were another person, he looked familiar but yet I couldn't grasp it. Evans wasn't there, strange... He disappeared when I was about to die on the ground. That coward, I was going to kill him.

"You will not hurt her again." The man yelled roughly at Ritsuka, and slashed his sword at him.
"Hmmph, it's too late, idiot! I believe she's dead!" Ritsuka hissed as he dodged the slash.

    "Never in a million years!"
"You're too stubborn! Damnit. You're going to pay for that!" Ritsuka yelled again as one of his blades broke. The man kept slashing, and swiping at Ritsuka. Unbelievable, a man, fighting for my life? "You goddamn... son of..." Ritsuka cursed when he lost his right-handed three blades. The man did a flying kick to Ritsuka, causing him stumble over backwards. As Ritsuka was on the ground, and the man pointed his long and pointed sword at Ritsuka. "Now, die." He spoke, and I gasped as he raised his sword to cut Ritsuka's head off.

"No, stop! Don't kill him!" I yelled, and the man stopped his movements of killing Ritsuka. They both looked at me, and I clenched my teeth as I stood up. My every breath were painful, and I winced as I sighed. "Sakura...." The man spoke, well more like a whisper that is soft, and smooth. Then it just struck me, the man could be, the new teacher at my school! "Don't hurt each other anymore... Please. I beg you, both of you... Because I will put a end to this." I spoke as I dragged myself over to them. Ritsuka was on the ground, frowning, and his black cat ears flicked.

"You're still alive. You're supposed to be dead!" Ritsuka yelled at me, and got up. He still got three blades on his left hand, and they were covered in blood that probably were mine. He disappeared right away, and I panicked. Out of the blue, I was stabbed again, but this time in my back. I heard a squishing sound as he pulled out the blades out of me, and I groaned. "Sakura!" The man cried in agony, and he caught me as I was about to collapse onto my knees. "Are you okay? Sakura!" The stranger held me close to his chest, and I was slipping away from my consciousness. "Ngh, just fine...." I told him, and I grasped at my chest, there were a gasping hole, and I looked at him with a weak smile on my face. "No. Don't you dare to die!" He growled at me, and I nodded feebly. How could I live through this? I am not immortal, there is no way to be alive after being stabbed three times. "Just kill the son of b***h for me, would you please?" I spoke with my last words, and I flickered my eyes close.

    ---------------

Now I am pretty sure that I am dead, and I don't know what to do now. I don't where I was, and I was somewhere dark in my state of consciousness I thought but I should be in hell or heaven or somewhere if I died. Like an afterlife? Oh well, I never cared though, I could deal with the darkness anyways. Life have been crappy, and that's just plain okay for me.

"Sakura...?" A mere voice rung in my left ear, and I looked around in the darkness. "Luna? Is that you?" I spoke in the darkness, and frowned. "Onee-sama... You are really alive!" Luna spoke with glee, and the light was shining onto me. "Hmm? Luna..." I rasped with a breath that barely came out, and cracked my eyes open. The smell was overwhelming me, the hospital smell, bleach, chemical, antiseptic smell of alcohol, plastic tubing and such. My heart monitor were beeping low in pitch, and loud. The over flooding memories came back to me, the scientists messing up my body, thus turning me into a cat girl. They tested on me, and put chemicals in me, and retested again. Damnit, I was back where the scientists work at, I thought dreadfully. "Sakura. You're awake at last..." My mom was besides me, and I moved my neck slowly. I felt something in my neck, and I put my hand on the object that was stuck into my neck. My eyes went wide as dinner-plates, and my mom smiled softly. "Honey, don't worry about that. That's for your blood transfusion." My mom told me, and I winced at the word 'blood'. "Blood transfusion...?" I spoke with no voice at all, my voice felt like it was destroyed, and I made a raspy sigh. "Yeah. A big boy gave you his blood, to help you live, Onee-sama. He's was nice..." Luna spoke, and I winced again. "Who is this big boy I assume?" I asked Luna, and her blue eyes shined. "He's a teacher at your school. He heard all about you, and gave you his blood." Luna answered, and she gave me a toothy smile. Holy crap... So it was him.

"I don't know what his name was, but he was sure nice and seemed to know a lot about you, Sakura." Mom told me, and I was just quiet after that. A nurse and a doctor came bustling in, also with other guy with a whitecoat on, he was a scientist. "Sakura Lunray... How are you?" The doctor came over to me, and felt for my pulse. "I am good, painful, and just shocked." I answered weakly, and he nodded. The nurse were changing my I.V. thing with another clear water bag, and the scientist were standing back, holding a clipboard in his hands. "Ah, do you need medicine for your pain?" The doctor asked me, and I shook my head. He smiled, "Well, it seems you're well, but not well enough to leave just yet. You will just have to stay in hospital for two or three days.", and I coughed violent. "Two or three days?! I can't handle that, no. I refuse." I yelled in my usual rough voice, and my mom patted my hand. "We will come visit with you, you just need rest, and do some testing." My mom told me, and I sighed. Looking away, and I heaved a big sigh. "Fine then. Just do it fast with the testings, okay?" I spoke grumpily, and the nurse walked away quickly, to probably get something. "Okay, I will make sure to do that, MIss.Lunray." The doctor said with a smile, and went away with the scientist by on his side. "Ah, that's right... Where's Evans?" I asked my mother, and she looked at me with a great worry in her eyes. "He's not found yet... He just disappeared, Sakura..." My mom answered me, and I coughed again. "Not found yet? Why is that..." I mumbled because I was watching a shadow coming to my doorway. My mom got off her chair, "Well, I don't know. Oh. We should leave, I am so sorry, Sakura... I have do some groceries, and other errands. Plus Luna has this thing this after-" I interrupted her, "No, it's okay, you can go. I probably will just sleep."

She gave me a quick smile, and grabbed Luna's hand. She waltzed out of my room, she seemed in a big rush, and I chuckled. My annoying heart monitor started to beep louder, and I grumbled. "Shuddup, machine." I muttered, and it stopped beeping loudly. "You know, you can't talk to machines. They're not alive." A voice made me jump, and I looked over to my doorway, and it was him. The teacher. He had a bandage on his arm, and I clenched my teeth together. "I know that already, Mr... Uh.. Uhm..." I uttered in my words, and he smiled. He walked besides my bed, and sat down. "Just call me Skylar or Sky." He told me, and I was amazed that he had that kind of name. It sounded so.. I didn't know I would say, but calming like the sea. Or something like that. "It's okay to call you Sky? Sky... I like that name." I said in my hushed voice, and he was smiling. "Yes, it's okay. Ah, thank you, Sakura." Sky spoke with his smooth voice, and that seemed to make me fall asleep. "No problem. Uhm, why did you... give me your blood? I should just died." I spoke roughly, and he put on his serious expression. "I wouldn't let you die. Your family wouldn't either. I just wanted you to live... Not just die." He told me, and I flushed a little. "I see. Also one more question, were you that person that fought Ritsuka? How did you know I was dying?" I asked two question which I lied to him. "That'd be two question. I have no idea who you're talking about. Rumours started to spread in school that you're about to die. You needed type O blood, and fortunately have that blood type. I went on and gave it to you." He explained to me, and how confusing. Then who was that guy? Who was he? Could be Evans since he disappeared? Or what? I am just clueless, just wait until I figure it out.

"Well, I suppose I should leave." Sky stood up, and I give out a sharp, raspy gasp. "Don't leave... Please..." I whined, and he looked at me with his bold eyes. "Don't leave? Why not?" Sky said with a gentle smile, and I heaved a sigh. "Because, I feel so lonely in here, and I am afraid of the people here." I answered sincerely, "I am usually brave, but... deep inside of me, I just... afraid...."

He smiled, and settled back in his chair. "I see. But you should get some rest." He spoke to me with his honey voice. "No, I don't want to..." I said weakly, and he put his hand on my forehead. "I am telling you. Just sleep. You will be safe, trust me." Sky told me, and I just closed my eyes, drifting off into my deep sleep.
