Hm, I'm not all that updated when it comes to fashion, but why the nightmare vest and the reve rouille... thing? The reve could possibly be their trademark over-accessory but it seems a little dark. I am also sure that there is a store skirt that is both shorter and brighter, and leg warmers that match the bright tone slightly better.

- To me Kogals are much brighter with their colours, This is pretty nice.. but it's gonna have to take a three from me.

Super cuteā„ I like the idea and I haven't seen many avatars done Kogal style.
It would be nice to have a picture of an example for the people who haven't seen a Kogal girl. I also think you should have used different leggings to mach the white on the hat and vest or just a different color.
