The village cried out their sorrows and apologies to the gods, and they showed mercy, forgiving the fools of the village. From a storm cloud the gods sent a water dragon in the form of a maiden whose silver tail became a blast of celestial water that doused the eternal flames.Turning into a mighty dragon once more, the maiden flew back into the clouds that had spawned her.
