This is shishio from Rurouni Kenshin. For those who don't know he is a bad guy. I saw the wraps and stuff and to me instead of screaming "Rock Lee" at me they screamed "Shishio". Since I knew originality really counts in this thing I went through every week and looked at the people I could and sure enough no Shishios. Thus concluding my description, so vote fairly!!! Please!!
Oh FYI This was my dream avi which means I raised the 90k I needed. YAY!!!
