Hebihime- the Snake Princess
She's quite new in the anime she appeared episode 410~
But by god is she a wonderful character (the manga is much farther)
A bit basic~ the whip added for a bit of her action. You cant see the earrings clearly because of the cape!
Hopefully she turned out ok. Im pretty proud. I went for the "before falling in love" with Luffy theme, where she seems coldhearted~ - Date: 08/03/2009
