It's amazing what a round of story writing can do for the nerves and for the lack of sleepiness, especially when its all you can think about. So far I have grabbed for a notepad and written down what was in my head when I couldn't sleep, so progress on the were-pokemon story is going, just much slower than anticipated. Though it seems I can actually write in a half sleepy state and write legibly too. So without further adieu, the words on a notepad.

Please note, these are notepad notes, so some might seem to be everywhere.

Notepad of a Sleepless Writer

Some say there are no such things as monsters. To a degree, these people are right. You never hear about them on the news, or read about hem in the papers. No sir, monsters do not exist.
If you believe that sort of thinking...

(It should be noted that here I had little doodles of eyes, a savage mouth and other things, silly little drawings ^^; Continue on the next pad paper thingy!)

Chapter One: Homecoming/Beginning
(It should be noted here I haven't decided on a name for the chapter either. Yup, planning and wild ideas right now is fun ^^ wink
"Got you now!"
A rustle in a nearby bush alerted the keen ears of the Ranger as to the whereabouts of his target. As he went to grab for his Capture Styler, however, his quarry had already leaped out in a flash of leaves and vines, scampering off faster then the Ranger had ever seen a Tangela go. He stood still for a second, the Pokemon repeating its name over and over as its back retreated from him.

(Next page! ...what? These notepads are small, shush!)

Chapter 1-2 + Prologue Part 2
"So much for an easy capture," he sighed as much to himself as towards the bushland around him. Closing his brown eyes and replacing the Capture Styler on th belt of his green camo pants, he set off at a quick jog after the Tangela. "I'll catch that Pokemon or my name's not Bread-Guy!"

(Small note, Bread-Guy is me. It's my username on another forum, where this story will more than likely be displayed. Now for Prologue Part 2!)

The truth of the matter is, the word Pokemon is actually an abbreviation. Like Dr is doctor and Mr is mister, Pokemon is short for Pocket Monsters. So in reality there are "monsters" all over the place.

(I think I'll end it here for the moment...I drew a little paw print on the bottom of this page, so there isn't any more for now.)

So that's it for now, what say you? I know, it's not a full story, but gimme break, it's all gonna happen soon, I just need more planning and stuffs, alrighty? I have my handy dandy notebook nearby whenever I have sleepless nights, so look forward to more in the near future!
