Wednesday 19th June
The king asked me to cook for his wedding. I had to accept. He said I wouldn’t have to pay the bridge fee. I was to be payed triple the amount that I was given before. That meant I could finally buy a horse. I have been saving up for several months now. This afternoon I went to watch out for my husband. He should be coming back soon. He went hunting in the woods with some friends. They borrowed a few horses from the stable master. I asked him. He knows me because I work at the stables lots of the time. As darkness started to fall, I left. I knew he would camp the night and return the next morning. Saturday is the lords wedding.
