second off: Im learning so much about BK right now!!! O.O in astronomy!! all the way to the point of burning_eyes ! seriously, im all "OHMG BK!! NEED TO TELL PPL....!!"

so im here to tell you ppl about this stuff.

Mintaka -- It's the name of a star!! Also called O9, it is a prime example of the O class of the star system (the rest of the classes are B,A,F,G,K,M). its temperature is over 30,000 Kalvin degrees and it's more than 20 times the mass of our sun, 100,000 times more Luminous than our Sun, and has over twice the life time. i gonked! it made so much sense now...the heat, the desert, the military army....(sun is class G).

Prominence -- Mizuti's fire attack. defenition as follows: a loop or sheet of glowing gas ejected from an active region on the solar surfacem moving through the inner parts of the corona under the influence of the Sun's magnetic field. It's a solar activity!! and it sometimes winds up in resulting in solar flares. how cool is that for Mizuti? no wonder she's Great!!! heart heart

and...yeah. i think that's prettu much it...wait no! i remember the most important thing! I GOT A SCHOLARSHIP!!!! <33333333 reception in next Teusday from 5:30 - 7 pm. must rememebr to be there and dressed nicely! <3

um..okay. that's a lie. sweatdrop i went and started to look up BK names on dictionary.com and i got somethings:

Cebalrai -- "sheperd dog"...it's the village we start out in... sweatdrop

Komo Mai -- the main city of Anuenue where Queen Corellia resides is actually Hawaiian for "Welcome!"

Nashira -- the fishing village. A star in the constellation Copernicus. also, Arabic for "bearer of good news"

hm...makes me wanna look up Mintaka outside of my astronomy book....

Mintaka -- like i said, a star. it's also arabic for "belt." tho the way it's written would in arabic made me think "area"...=x

Pherkad -- star is another name for the constallation Ursa Mino.

Nunki -- from Nunki Valley in Sadal Suud. it's the second brightest star in the constellation Sagittarius. Assyrian/Babylonian name.

Diadem -- it's actually a word! it means "crown" XP

Sheliak -- the Castle Town of Diadem. star in the constellation Lyra. arabic for "Harp"....i never knew that....then again, i dont know what harp is in arabic.

Mira -- "the first long-period pulsating variable star to be discovered, with a period averaging 331 days. It is a red giant and a component of a binary star in the constellation Cetus" right out of the dictionary for ya.

Revernce -- "a feeling or attitude of deep respect tinged with awe; veneration." dictionary again

Nekton -- "the aggregate of actively swimming aquatic organisms in a body of water, able to move independently of water currents." and this is supposed to be the srine of spirits....

Coccolith -- labyrinth of mirrors....."a microscopic calcareous disk or ring making up part of the covering of certain marine plankton and forming much of the content of chalk rocks "

Azha -- star in constellation Eridanus. arabic for "the breeding place." persain for "the 'ostrich' nest". both ironic considering the place....

Gomeisa -- star in constellation Canis Minor. arabic for "the bleary-eyed one" these are the ice cliffs. =x

Kaffaljidhma -- amazingly enuff, its a word! this is the Castle of ice, for you who dont know. it's a star in the constellation Cetus.

Cursa -- the Ice city. star in Eridanus.

Gemma -- the village in Duhr wehre the Great Camroh resides. means "bud"

Capella -- the Garden of Death. its a star in Auriga.

Algorab -- star in Corvus. Chinese for "The Third Star of the Chariot." this is the second village of Duhr.

Zosma -- the Tower of stones. star in Leo. another name for it is Duhr. cackle with me here.
