Ervine: Okay, lets see here...

(Ervine presses several buttons)

Ervine: Okay, we seem to have two choices. We can head straight for that ring, or go to the ring four planets down.

Collins: Is the first choice even a choice? Or just suicide?

A'nel: Well, the first ring is surrounded by the Covenant fleet. And the second ring is four planets down, we may not have enough power to reach the second ring.

Collins: Also, I don't think any of you guys know what's on those rings. What if there are plant-like aliens on that ring who use our bodies as living hosts, and are named after some random, but suitable disaster!?

Jones: Honestly we have no idea what's on those rings, but we do have a better chance of survival if we head toward the second ring.

Collins: What about the plant-like aliens?

Ervine: There shouldn't be any plant-like aliens on a giant metal ring.

Collins: How can you be so sure?

Ervine: You pulled that idea out of your a**, like the plot in this story.

Jones: Exactly.
