I bought a breedable...
I don't know what brought me too it. Maybe it was my friend's, or the price, but I bought one of those demon fox pet things.
Over the past few weeks, I've been lurking the pets forum. The little furballs intrigued me. Maybe it's because I lost my dog recently, or because I was bored, but I liked the idea of a little pet for my digital self to play with.
I sort of wanted my pet to look like my avatar. You know, a little brown wolf, cool hat, suave tux, hit with all the girl pets...
Ok, that last part isn't really my avatar, but you get the point.
Anyway, I'd call him Cube Jr. or Mini-Me, and he'd be cool... And everyone would love it.
However, going into the breedable forum is a slap in the face.
Suprisingly, not many shops had wolves in hats and tuxedos.
They were either just Line art, some sort of anthro thing, or just sickeningly cute...
I do not want a bright pink ball of fluff in my sig, nor some lines you colored in! You can color, good job, you get a gold star. stare
So I bought a Feedable and Breedable. Minus the breedable part. It was only 1.5k, as opposed to my first born, so it was a bit more appealing, although I would have liked some more customization then gender, name, and description. The chat sig is nice though...
So I have a pet now. Or, rather, will.
You see, the thread is run by two people. One is is europe some where, and the other is working alone, on a thread with a bumping contest.
She was on page 1315, I'm on 1360. That's 285 pages. Assuming that each page has 5 forms on them that's a maximum of 1425 forms. Assuming she can do about 50 a day, I would get my Fox some time around Christmas. This is all made up statistics though. But you think she would hire some help...
So I need to wait ages for a pet... I can wait...
I'll just be here, alone...
That bumping contest wasn't the best idea...
