So I deiceded to list all the Mario games I had ever played and whether or not I had completed them. I also decided to list them on my journal. I am sad and so geeky but yeah. I've also written a few things about the games. Keep in mind some of the dates I have written are infact Japan released dates. Such things like Mario Party 7 was only released in Europ in 2006 though I have only written the release date for Japan, basically when they first came out. If you want to know more about the games look up on Wikipedia, thats were I got the list, not all games have been stated. Yes I know Famicom and Super Famicom is the NES and SNES but I put them as Famicom due to being Japan only.

The very first Mario game is fun, I enjoy it, its simple.

Super Mario Bros: played: completed ~NES~
This is one of the very first mario games that could be completed. Alot of people like this whether you're young or old. The game has 8 worlds 4 levels in each and is the very first of the best Mario games. It also has the very first appearence of Bowser, though the name Bowser was not created till later dates when the Mario Anime Movie was released, instead he was refered as King Koopa. His name is actually King Bowser Koopa (or Kuppa)

Wrecking Crew: played: not completed ~NES~
This game is fun, simple and is a puzzle game, I enjoy it though. A simmiler character to Wario is played here.

Super Mario Bros Special: not played ~NES~

Super Mario Bros The Lost Levels: played: not completed ~NES~
The levels not included but separate to the original game. These levels are alot harder though fun. It was actually Super Mario All Stars that I played these games.

Super Mario Bros 2: played: completed ~NES~
The game where you can play as Mario, Luigi, Peach and Toad, a very colorfull game with 8 worlds and 3 levels in each. It is also the first apperence of Birdo the pink like Yoshi, though Yoshi had not been invented just at this time. Birdo is one of the enemies you face in this game, and qute often a boss.

Super Mario Bros 3: played: completed ~NES~
Possable one of the best ever platformer Mario games. The Koopalings; the 7 children of Bowser (not including Bowser Jr)made their first appearence on this game, though have different names to the cartoons.

Super Mario Land: played: completed ~Gameboy~
The black and white gameboy game, fun simple, and quite different to many mario games.

1990
Dr Mario: played: N/A ~NES and gameboy~
Basically another type of Tetris

Super Mario World: played: completed ~SNES~
Possably my favorite platformer and also the first appearence of Yoshi, the cute green dinosaur (Full name of a yoshi is actually Yoshisaur though Mario's partner Yoshi was just named Yoshi) Yoshi being my favorite character gives this game a huge plus for me. The game had many different worlds and many many bonuses and different paths, it was hard to tell if you had completed everthing or not, though I have defeated the final boss, there are still many keys and paths I need to take to complete 100%

The first 3D Mario game was Mario Kart, it did not have great graphics like the recent versions of Mario Kart, though it was a deffinet memory. Even with all the new mario games you can go back to this and still enjoy it.

Yoshi's Cookie: played: N/A ~NES and Gameboy~

Mario Paint: played: N/A ~SNES and Gameboy~
Some video's that people make over the net, comedy random, one of them has disturbed me about this game, though it was a funny video.

Super Mario Land 2 (6 Golden Coins): played: completed ~Gameboy~
A very good game, black and white again due to being on the gameboy. The many worlds and bosses were always fun to do.

Basically many of the before said games into one, this is where I started playing them.

This game is just really fun, it was very different to the Mario games and had its own little things. Wario Land 2 and 3 are very good too, and is more about puzzles and collecting treasure to complete each level than to reach a destination. Alot of the Wario levels were really confusing and took along time to complete.

Any game on the Virtual Boy I would rather not play, as the red and black would proberbly give you seizures and cancer. <_<

Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island: played: completed ~SNES~
My most favorite of Mario games is actually a Yoshi game, this tells the story of how Mario and Luigi came to be, of course the story about there actually being a stork is not logical, though they never really had parents, unless you count Yoshi of course. The main Yoshi is always the green yoshi; Mario's partner. Though there are many other yoshi's helping the green Yoshi find Mario's brother and their parents. Bowser's character in this game is actually Baby Bowser, though older than Mario and Luigi. Kamek Koopa the higher up Koopa Wizard is really the brains behind Bowser and tends to send Yoshi and Mario into many traps, tunnles and bosses. The music in this game is also another thing to take huge love for.

Super Mario RPG (Ledgend of the Seven Stars): not played ~SNES~
I want to play this.

Super Mario 64: played: completed ~Nintendo 64 I think~
Again one of the best Mario games ever. Everyone who loved Mario loved this fine game. The first 3D Adventure game to do with Mario. This version was for the Nintendo 64 and only had 120 stars to collect. Though everything in the game was like more of a bonus. It had lots of hidden things in the game. Many secrets and many dreamed about looking for secret worlds. I for one imagined the cannon outside to shoot you into the sun for a secret level. It infact shoots you up to the castles roof where you can talk to Yoshi and gain 3 extra lives but you can only do this when you have all 120 stars, though the game could be completed with 75 stars.

Mario's Picross 2: not played ~gameboy~

Mario Kart 64: played: N/A ~Nintendo 64, but don't ask me I don't know anything really~
A brillient game, infact I was playing this earlia, in some cases this game could be even better than Mario Kart: Double Dash for it was very good and always brings back good memories.

I absolutly love Mario Party games, this game for instence is brillient, it being the first and what started it off. This game had many secrets and kept me going, many mini games, and two secret maps to play on, plus it had the mini game island which had every mini game waiting to be completed. Bowser was showing just how evil he could be in this game like he never could in a normal Mario game.

Yoshi's Story: played: completed ~Nintendo 64~
The game that I could possably love even more than Yoshi's Island, this game brought me to tears (I'm sad I know D=< wink at the end credits, the music was just that sad and plus I hate completing brillient games. It is very adorable with yet again many secrets. It is also the game that started my yoshi craze off. The story has Baby Bowser (Not Jr) once again, and is about the lost Happy Tree, this game can make you incredably happy if rather sad at times. The Yoshi's are UBER CUTE.

Super Mario Bros DX: not played ~Game Boy Color~

Mario Golf: played: not completed ~Nintendo 64~
A very good game, with a few secrets, the game had normal gold and mini golf, both very cool, and very simple to play, so it is a fun game.

Super Smash Bros: played: completed ~Nintendo 64~
Brillient game, though hard to choose over you favorite characters (mine:Link and Yoshi) This game was too short and easy to unlock the characters, sadley, I have yet to play Super Smash Brosh Melee and soon Brawl will be out.

Mario Party 2: played: completed ~Nintendo 64~
A very cool game, with a few secrets in. The game like Mario Party 1 was played on a board map, with dices and many mini games. An interesting thing about this game is for each world it had a story and a cool ending scene, plus each character had a costume made to represent the worlds they were playing. Yoshi has many adorable outfits X3

2000
Mario Tennis: not played ~Nintendo 64~

Mario Party 3: played: not completed ~Nintendo 64~
I have been playing all the Mario Party games recently, well the ones I have. This game I have just started playing again and am doing very well. This has a much bigger of a story and the game plays almost as long as Mario Party 1, though I haven't completed it so I don't know what else is in store for me.

2001
Paper Mario: played: completed ~Nintendo 64~
A brillient game, the story is brillient and there is much to play here, the game play and style maybe different to what you have played but the game is excellent, it even got my brother chris playing it, which he actually completed before me. The game is long and fun to play. The story line is very good and you have many cool characters. After the death of Kamek the Koopa Wizard, Kammy the Koopa Witch is new to the top of the Koopa hierach. Princess peach who has been captured (Yet again) can also be played between rescuing the 7 stars. The 7 stars are indeed from the Ledgen of the 7 Stars though Paper Mario is not a sequal though in a spiritule sence it is.

Mario Kart Super Circuit: played: N/A ~GBA~
Its okay, though not one of my favorite Mario Kart games.

(I shall not be going through the advance mario games though the first one was released in 2001)

Luigi's Mansion: played: completed ~GameCube~
This is a very good game, its always fun to go around collecting treasure, the bigger the find, the bigger you feel good. Finding and stopping the ghosts is fun too. King Boo has something up his sleeve. Bowser before this game is actually dead, though of course after this game Bowser returns via magic. Some of this game tells a part of that story.

Super Smash Bros Melee: not played ~GameCube~

Super Mario Sunshine: played: completed ~GameCube~
Set after Luigi's Mansion, this game is very good, and many loved it, though is quite short. Yoshi is also in this game which I love, though some of the things to do was quite annoying. The story in this is quite interesting and had many scenes that were really cool. The end boss was kind of silly though. The story with Bowser Jr is cool, with how he frames Mario and is also funny with what Bowser has told him about Peach.

Mario Party 4: played: not completed ~GameCube~
I haven't played much of it but its good.

I've played alot of this, so much it got boring, though is a very good game with a few good secrets. It also has a mini game which is more of a boss than a game.

Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga: not played ~GBA~

Very good game, though I'm not too good at it. It has many secrets in it, characters, levels and karts.

This time you start off as Yoshi, and can play as Luigi and Wario as well as Mario. There are mini games which you can unlock by grabbing the rabbits. One rabbit gives you a key to get into the castle itself. This time there are 150 stars in the game and the worlds have 1 more star than before.

This game is pretty interesting, a game I expected to not like much, though I do, though is very different to how other Mario Parties are played.

I'll look gay buying this when I do...so I shouldn't worry about buying it than.

This game is okay, though not really exciting. At first when I brought this I expected Yoshi's Island, but to dissapointment.

Its good, quite hard, but will be completed very quickly. It could have had more secrets and be more like Super Mario World.
