I decided since I'm on the computer all the time now that I should update more frequently. I know no one really reads, but I just love to write ^^
This morning it was cold. For Florida, that is. It was about 50 degrees throughout the day, so that's cold.
The kids that did bad on the Spanish test got their make-ups back and most of them didn't do much better. It feels like I have survivors guilt or something when I'm the only one who gets a passing grade on a test ><; I got a 100% on it while most of the other kids got 60% and below. It's not very fun when stuff like this happens...
And we played Diccionario Pictocenco (Pictionary in Spanish.) Come to think of it, I didn't draw anything or really participate--I was say too tired from being online to long the night before. Ah, well...we got pretzals for our unnaturally good behavior before being sent to volunteer in classes.
Yes, we volunteer in the younger grades in my school to get "Community Service Hours." Throughout the year we have to get a total of 52 hours of this stuff and I personally hate community service. I also don't like little kids, but I got randomly selected to go volunteer in the kindergarten classroom. Oh, joy...
I'm getting used to it, though. I still can't kneel next to one of the kids and say in an overly-happy voice, "And what's YOUR name, little girl!?" because I'm just bottled up like that. Besides, I recall hating it when people did that to me at that age. I don't think they like it...
Today I came in and everyone was all happy to see me...and stuff. They really like me for some reason. It's probably because one of the girls in their class has the same name as me, so they just say my name instead of all the other girls that walk in beside me. They have names that are incredibly hard to remember...for a kindergartener, at least.
All we did today was walk them in front of the school to drop them off with the PE teacher. One kid kept walking backwards and wouldn't listen to me when I told him to turn around. He kept bumping into things. See, that's why I don't like kids. They never listen ><;
And so I turned my Pocky story into the LMS teacher after the little kid activites. We also took our test on the muscles and I got 100%, even though I was way off with the Trampezius (I spelled it Trampezoid XD).
In Science I just stared off into space and waited for the boringness to end. OMG, my science teacher...he'll not assign us anything for homework one night and the next morning he says, "Alright, hand in your homework." He doesn't even listen to us when we say he never gave us anything -.-; So, we turn in w/s's with blank spaces =D
We did a test as a group in Math. It helped my understanding a little. Nothin' much to say about it.
At lunch, my friend Kino and I draw together and such. We have our whole Anime/Manga club and we do stuff. But this time it was so cold that my hands were frozen and I had no ability to draw. So, we just lazed about and listened to the music Kino recorded on her digital camera XD
For Language Arts, we watched High School Musical. It's some gay crap. Don't ever watch it ^^
For History, we had a freakin' hard test, regardless of the open-noteness. It took me all period. Although, the one smart kid in the school finished in the first 15 minutes...I hate that...
In leadership we listened to a story our teacher told us about Acres of Diamonds. It had a moral, I just couldn't put my finger on it. Like the Little Matchgirl. Could never get it right...and we had to write paragraphs about what the stories meant when I blanked out in two of them gonk Guh, I wish I didn't have ADD.
At home, my cousins came over to play. My cousin Amber watched Kingdom Hearts Random Crap with me XD Then she played Soul Caliber 3 monotonously. Then the little one, Troy, kept whining that he wanted on the PS2 and kept stepping on my laptop scream
And so, I want to skip school tomorrow. One reason: Thanksgiving reenactment. If you didn't already notice, my High School's special because it has kindergarten through tenth grade. I have to watch the kindergarteners through fake fruit into baskets. So, I'll pretend I'm sick. Or I'll somehow become sick. I dunno...I also don't have the right dress for this event or anything, so they'll send me home anyways =D
