Linn looked towards the sky and looked rather surprised. Her heart raced a little for a moment, but then she calmed down, breathed a sigh of relief and continued walking down the forest path. How many years had it been? How many night images had she created for dreamers… and yet still it surprised her every time she looked to the stars and saw only one moon…
It was one of the symbols people could look for to figure out if they were dreaming or not. More then one moon was the thing of dreams… yet it felt so natural to Linn when she saw two… Wait… only one moon. She looked back to the sky. Yes… only one. So, she was awake… why was that again… something she was looking for? Since when could she awake again?
Linn felt the fog creeping into her mind again, practically engulfing her…
“No.” she said out loud. And concentrated on focusing her thoughts again. “That’s right… I’m looking for someone… “ but… who was it again? Someone I know very well, but no one I know is alive still… then, I must be looking for someone dead. “that’s right.” Linn smiled to herself and continued walking at a slightly quicker pace. She needed to get to her destination quick before she lost her temporary clarity again.
