Child Labor- "Hey, kid, I'm getting old, so can you go catch all these dangerous creatures?" The basis of every game, going into the world, hunting down these creatures. All because the Prof. can't do it himself anymore. In the Kanto version, we also have to deliver a parsol to Oak, and this time it's a complete stranger from the next town over.
Bad Parenting- "Bye, Mom, I'm off to travel the country alone with nothing to protect me but this lizards that shoots flames from its mouth because an old man told me to." "Have fun!~" Would that be your response? Not mine. It's not safe letting a ten year old do this, not to mention, do you know what this kid could use those monsters for?
Animal Fighting- A basic part of Pokemon is battling. Pokemon, however, are pretty much animals. And with all the talk of 'being friends with Pokemon' we're running them ragged. In some battles in the show, Pokemon are horribly injured. That's love, right there.
Breaking & Entering- A simple one, here. In the games we walk into strangers' homes, and they act like nothing is wrong. Does everyone do that? I hope not.
Drug Usage- We use things like Iron, Protein, Zinc, all to beef up out Pokemon. None of it is actually needed, though, and now the Pokemon it battles will be even more severely injured. Nice.
Underage Gambling- Ten year olds can gamble? When did that law pass? Oh, wait, it didn't... I've slaved away at those slot machines in the games, just to get enough coins for prizes. And some of those prizes are living creatures!
