so, b has left us as of last weekend. the house is so empty without him. its too quiet.
mike keeps mentioning every so often that the house is to big for just two people, and he keeps flip flopping between wanting to move and wanting to stay here. where he wants to move into is even more cramped than where we are. here looks like a 5 acre ranch house compared to where he suggested! i am thinking that it might be a good idea to offer someone else the extra rooms. mike is right, in a way, this place is too big for just us. but i dont want to leave it for something even smaller. i cant stand the city as it is. i cant imagine being even more crammed.
every time i mention moving out of the city, he stubbornly denies us that possibility. he wants to stay here. he likes the city, for what reason, i dont know. he wants to raise his family in the city, which i dont know if i like that idea yet. if we can find something out of the main part of the city, then maybe. but right now, no. i cant trust this nieghborhood enough to walk around the block alone. i cant imagine letting kids go outside and play!
my brother, his girlfriend, and their baby were a possibility for the summer, but mike doesnt want to be paying for all their extra crap, so he told me that they could come as long as i pay for all the things they need. i dont make much money as it is, so me paying for them means i cant spend any of my money on myself. especially with the concerts and events we plan on going to this summer. i wont be able to pay for all of them. plus, there are doctors appointments to go to. with one car, that is going to be really hard. its difficult enough to get sabrina's mom to take her now when she only lives 5 minutes away. i cant see how she would still be willing to take her places when she would have to drive and hour to get her. and then theres trying to get someone to baby sit while we go to things. thats going to be another headache. all this aside, my brother is going to be 18 soon, so he can finally get himself a job, which he badly needs. he cant be looking for one living here. no where is going to hire him for just the summer. and its hard enough finding a job. it took me 3 months to find something myself. he needs to be in his own area looking, not here vacationing.
so, with brother and his family out of the question, who else would be suitable to stay here? nate is the first person to come to mind. he is super cool and had talked to me several times about needing to do something else with his life. i dont see anything about him that i dont like. he is very well kept, very respectable, and he hangs out with us anyway, so we know he's cool to talk to on a daily basis. i havent brought this up to mike yet, so i dont know what either of them think about it. we will have to see.

in other news, i am losing weight like crazy, which is awesome. i dropped a pants size and am now back into 16s, so i can finally wear all those clothes i had stacked in the closet! its awesome to finally be seeing results.
