Well, yesterday I stroll into work, walk up to the store manager with a question, and after 3 full weeks the man finally realized my piercings... So naturally he told me to get rid of them, already past the boiling point of anger I decided to take a more civil approach and take them out for the day, and contact the union about it. The biggest problem I have with it is the fact that he has overlooked several other people that have been working there for a lot longer than I, and I figured since I pay union dues, I might as well put them to good use. Most of the other employee's think I actually might have a good case going, most of them are backing me up as well. I don't want to lose $90 worth of piercings just becuase my store manager has a personal vendetta with me. Another thing that helps my case would be the hair trouble I got about a week ago. I decided I wanted red hair, so naturally I went for it, unfortunatley it went wrong, and came out pink... Ohh well right? NOPE! I show up to work the next day, and boy let me tell you managment went crazy on me. The one thing I don't understand fully and probably never will is the fact that there is a girl that has black and purple hair working with me, and a girl with these rather nasty ugly looking dredlocks... I'm not angry about it, I just want what any man wants... justice. No one can rag on the working class while I'm on watch! All in all this should be a fun learning expierence for me. 3nodding
