Chapter 2

It was fall... I was 12... Two weeks ago me and my mom moved to this town. I didn't have much friends because of all this moving. School wasn't that great either. I always used to sit somewhere on my own. Wether it was in resess or in class I was just sitting alone staring somewhere out the window or at the sky. I guess all the other kids saw me as a weirdo because they didn't talk to me much. Sometimes the would just give me a strange look, but i didn't really care. I didn't pay attention to them. And after school I used to go home alone. At home i would just sit in my room and watch TV or i would go out to the playground. There weren't any kids that went there so it felt like my own little happy place. It was my own world. I might have been alone but it made me happy that way. Oh wait... I lied sweatdrop i wasn't exactly alone. I had Yuki my little plush cat. It was my only friend i guess. It was a small plushie that fitted my hand perfectly. I loved it very much.

As I said it was fall... "My" playground was all covered with leaves. It was beautiful. It was like a big sheet for my bed with fall leaves patherns. It was amazing. One day as I was on the swing I hear a noise. When I turned I saw that the new owners of the house next to ours were here. The house was put up for sale a couple of weeks before we moved in. I just saw the big truk with the furniture and luggeges park. I decided to get back in the house cause it would have been weird to just stay and watch. I got inside and went to my room. After a while I heard another noise. Looked out the window and saw another car parking. I guess the owners came a little later. I didn't really care about it that much. But I noticed that the owners had a daughter. She looked the same age as me. All that I could see was that she had long straight brown hair and was wearing a jacket and a black skirt. "Hmph... just another one that will give me the 'look', just like everyone else."

It was saturday so didn't have school today. As always I was outside on the playground. I was just laying on a bench looking at the tall trees in fronof my eyes. There was still leaves falling from them. It was nice. I closed my eyes just to feel everything. After some time I felt something on my face. It was a leaf on my face. I opened my eyes and the leaf just flew right up. But it was someone taking it off of my face...
