its pure darkness,
that's the only word to describe,
this terrible fear that consumes me inside,
a secret i keep,
but never shall you know,
its origin because i won't let it show,
i know what happened,
i know who you are,
but sometimes you seem so distant..so away..so far,
i am lost in this world,
misguided with trust abused,
i don't like this feeling of being abandoned and used,
like a ship on a raging sea,
battered and thrown,
out of a zone of comfort in a life full of alone,
would you you acknowledge my prescence,
if i told you the secret that i so want to share,
would you let me stand by you side please its only fair,
and would you keep this secret,
or would you toss in your sleep,
the emotions and conflict that reach within oh so deep,
what madness this is,
of not knowing,
please hurry my friend the tears are already flowing,
sitting quitely in this room lit with darkness,
i wait for you,
and your answer too.
