The Lies She Wrote
Lost within the deep confines of her mind, the girl wrote about her life as best she could. Despite the fact that over half of what she wrote was a total and complete lie. [no, that doesn't apply to me...]
HORSES!!!!
Well, I will describe a day for me today at the Horse Expo....that is when I went to the Expo after the horsie parade!!!

A young teenaged female rode up to the back entrance on her purple and silver mountain bike. She sighed as she walked her crappy bike to the sidewalk beside a fence without even bothering to lock it up, even if she would be an hour or two. Her cropped sandy brown hair bobbed on her shoulders as she walked into the entry way. "Can I help you?" said a woman that looked like a shriveled up pigeon to the female. "Urm....yes...." the teenager replied. "Oh, you must want in huh?" said the woman again, the teenager merely nodded and handed her the twenty dollar bill in return for thirteen dollars. The female entered, gave her ticket to two girls from her school and was stamped by another. The teenager entered the building of the fairgrounds and walked directly to a table that was selling breyer horses....for very cheap. She bought one for five dollars and lost her ticket after that....'Oh well' she thought to herself, 'it only took up for room in my pocket...' she walked through the building and out to the arena, being drawn to the sweet smell of horse. She was immediatly attracted to a small Quarter Horse mare, it's color was blue roan with a bit of red in her mane and tail. The girl smiled and began stroking the horse softly on the neck and talking to her gently. Other people came by, but she didn't bother moving an inch. She stroked the horse for a while, and then moved to a jumpy mare, named Belle. She smiled at the horse and called her name, but the mare did not bother even passing a glance at her. So the girl moved out of the arena and out over to another part where she saw some draft horses lazing around. She guessed that they were at least 19hh at the shoulder. She didn't even bother looking at the "Warning, Horse May Bite" signs on each stall. She just stopped at each one and stroked them gently on the nose, looking at each one's feet, making sure they were healthy. Each one's hooves were the size of large dinner plates. She smiled at each of them and snatcehd a free copy of the Equine magazine. She sighed and then walked slowly back through the doors and out to her bike. When she arrived home, she found it hard to believe that she had been gone nearly two hours. How time flys by when you are spending time looking and admiring horses.
