After about two hours of trudging through the sudden blizzard, Libra had only traveled about a mile. the going was treacherous in the newly fallen snow. Nearly to the point of collapse, she spotted a glow through the trees. A small cabin filled a tiny clearing. Libra dragged herself to the door and pounded a gloved fist against the wooden portal. Her vision suddenly blurred and her feet slid out from under her. The door opened and the sudden rush of warmth from within made the blood rush to her head. Some one murmured something to her and helped her to a sofa beside the cbin's brick fire-place. For what felt like hours she laid there listening to the incomprehensible muttering of the world around her, her vision and hearing were both too distorted to make much of her environment.
