Baking
The culinary arts are something that everyone will need to master or at least have a basic understanding of in their life time at one point or another. By learning the basic techniques one can learn how to live a healthier life style. One must also learn these techniques to support them selves and not relay on others and restaurants. These techniques also will give you a basic understanding on how food is created. There are alternative cooking methods that can be healthier than the current cooking method you want to use, for example instead of frying chicken you could bake it for a healthier tastier dish.
Baking is a prolonged dry cooking method used to create many dishes.
