history: Katsu is a troubled child and can never stay in one place for long. His family was killed when Katsu at a young age. From then on, he was moved from foster home to foster home. But never one, did he feel like he was home. All the families he was put in, all turned out to be abusive and he never stayed there for long. Finally he put into a loving family and was reluctant to get to know them better. Due to the past events of previous families.
Just like he expected, things didn't stay that long and Katsu had ran away from home, when they were killed. He was literally distraught about it and refused to let anyone else get close to him. Along the way, he learned about the forgotten war and the ancient artifacts. That was also when he learned that he was bonded to one of the original heroes and he learned many things through trail and error. He learned everything alone and by himself.
He appears aloof to his friends, but they know he is a great friend and very protective. So he went on a quest to locate the artifacts and do, what his bonded spirit did before him. It is his mission, as well as others, to prevent another great war from happening and it becomes the forgotten war.
