How did I know It would end up like this

My love life is funny but always the same
Either my relationships go to hell and rejections lame
Because I don't bullshit I speak what I feel
so dont worry about inflicting wounds for I will always heal
and she said to me "we can never be we
are too good of freinds you and me,
And I dont want that to change and now thing will be strange"
I looked at her without hurt or pain wondering if my honesty was in vain
as I said to her "I wont lie to you things will always change
or freindship will be just as strong if not stronger but never the same"
she stoped and said "this is why I avoided it we have already changed
will you still call and can we still hang"
I looked at her like I used to and said "please dont be in pain
we will always be freinds and the time we spend will be the same"
so I look at her and give her a hug as a freind without shame
this is fine and all but will it all end for me the same and in parting words I
said"its not rejection that hurts the not knowing brings me pain
I am glad that you told me so now I can be sain"
