The hardest ultimate Limit Break to get in FF7 is, of course, Cloud's. But, being the Cloud-obsessed person that I am, I had to get him it. At level 60 with the Ultima Weapon, Comet2 materia, and a bunch of HP Pluses equipped, I finally got 32000 Battle Points and bought me my OMNISLASH! It's really difficult to do, unless you have the all powerful Cloud of DOOM! WAHAHA! Now he's INVINCIBLER than EVER!
