For the first time in my life, I went a full game of dodgeball without being hit! PRAISE THE GODS OF ANIME! I ducked, I dodged, I threw myself to the ground (effectively refining my technique in all areas).
And surprisingly enough, this week's game was particularly vicious. I mean, one ball would hit someone, then have enough momentum to bounce off four other people. The balls would make really loud cracking noises when they hit someone, and the asswipes on the other team were aiming for our heads. Frightening? Yes!
The members of my team were on the ground (we had to sit when we were hit) and were screaming at me to throw them balls so they could get them in the basketball net (whcih would have gotten everyone back in). Well, people were aiming at me and Brittany (we were, like, the last two people standing), and we had to constantly keep our eyes up.
I believe I said something to the effect of, "I CAN'T EXACTLY LOOK DOWN, IF YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED!"
I was so exhilerated from the end of the game, from not being hit and from how many times a ball almost hit my head, I was a little out of it sweatdrop . I was cackling like mad, and shaking like a wet puppy in winter. rofl I went just a liiiittle loopy blaugh .
