Today was 30 degrees this morning. Went to class at 7am, and ended up being one of two people to show up. We took our test and I actually aced it 100%, feeling so proud.

After the test we made soup, cream of mushroom. It was very fast to make from scratch surprisingly. Took about 30 minutes from prepping to finish. We got to add a rare cheese to the dish that our instructor managed to get in. The soup went from 50-100 just by adding that cheese, it was freaking amazing!

I now need to find out where to get it. Class ended very early since there wasn't a ton of people in the class and now I get to sleep since I didn't last night, yay.
