Felt a bit nervous about entering the huge kitchen for my classes. Noticed I was not the only one as many of the other students were just sitting outside the door not going in even though we all knew the class was open. It was strange walking into a kitchen never before having been inside one as large as this.

Inside the kitchen it was actually very cold. I probably should have brought a jacket or something. I was freezing all during lecture and couldn't really focus, oops xp

We got to start with simple things like cracking eggs and cooking them. I never knew to crack eggs on a flat surface rather than an edge. You can accidently break the egg yolk doing that confused

We used butter that had been prepared beforehand, skimming the top and removing impurities. It makes the pan REALLY slippery. Flipping the eggs for over easy eggs was a nightmare. Eggs everywhere. I'm pretty sure there were eggs on the ceiling afterwords xD
