A tan skinned girl walked alone in the forest. Snowflakes swirled around her as if they welcomed her from a long absense. Her bare feet were not botherd by the cold snow. Her light blue silk dress fluttered in the wind.
An orange haired boy spotted her wandering aimlessly. Shouldnt she be cold? he thoght. He watched as her short purple tinted hair fluttered in the wind. She's beautiful. Then with a sudden gust of wind, She disappeared. The boy ran home to his village in a valley near by.
"Ichi dear, im glad your home" said his mother.
"I saw a beautiful girl in the forest."
"Ooh are you in love again? What is her name?"
"I am in love, but i didnt have the chance to speak to her."
"What did she look like?"
"She had dark skin, and dark short hair, with a purple tint. She was wearing a knee length summer dress. "
"Oh my! a summer dress in this weather? Are u sure it wasnt a dream?"
"Yes im sure, i need to go find her. I just came to tell you that i going to be camping in the forest for a few days. I needed to come home for supplies. "
"No i forbid you. You'll freeze to death."
"Can at least find her so i can help her be warm? I cant just let her freeze out there."
"No, She might be an evil spirit. Or she might be from the Haos clan who live at the top of the mountain.Those people are not natural. "
"Well, i dont care about your rediculous assumptions. Im 17, and every time i see a girl that i like, you keep me from ever seeing her again. I want to start a life, i refuse to sell food at this bakery ferever. i love you, but i need to be happy with someone. This girl isnt like the others, i feel attached to her, i dont know how to explain it but i have to go mother. I have to find her."
He ran out the door with a backpack full of supplies.
The girl sat on the ground. How did i get here, and how will i ever get home. Her stomach growled. Hmmm i need some food. She spotted some berries on a bush near by. What? Berries dont grow in the winter. She picked one and examined it. It was pale blue and matched the color of her eyes. She popped it in her mouth and enjoyed the sweet but sour flavor. She ate more and more until she was quite full. A pain struck her in the stomach like the blade of a sword. She collapsed in the snow.
Ichi wandered through the forest not knowing where to begin his search. He spotted a poisonberry bush with pale blue berries. Those berries had killed his father. He carried the antidote with him whenever he venture into the forest, just in case someone needed it. Ichi wandered throught the forest and noticed a tan hand sticking out of the snow. Oh no! I pray to thee Goddess of the forest, she must stay alive! He ran to the hand, and pulled the girl out. She's so cold! No she cant be dead. He spotted a pale blue berry in her other hand. No! She must have ate some. He laid her on her back and poured the antidote into her mouth. I hope im not too late. She began to warm up a bit, but she still seemed too cold. He pulled a green blanket out off his bag and wrapped her up in it. Ichi slowly tried to lift her, and found that she was a lot lighter than he expected.
