Nothing exciting happened today, probably cause it was too busy for me to actually experience much. Though I will fill you in on what did happen.
Me and my daughter went outside, and silly me didn't wear any shoes. Well I soon changed that after getting stickers in the bottom of my feet (ouch!). I miss the days when those didn't bother me, and stickers are a major bane to me cause I LOVE the feel of the grass and dirt on my feet (but not stickers, briers, sand burs, or little sharp rocks.. they hurt!).
We cleaned up the surrounding area, taking in the trash to throw them away, and sat beneath a tree to let the wind blow through our hair. I'm not sure if she enjoyed that as much as I did, but she's not quite three yet so I wouldn't be surprised. We then looked at the tree for a little bit, and I couldn't make her understand that it wasn't nice to try pulling off the leaves from the tree (not plucking the leaves, but cruely trying to tear them off *wince*). So when she didn't listen and stop, we went back inside.
It is nice being able to share my wiccan experiences with my daughter. I then cleaned house while she was gone (mundane cleaning), while jamming to some wiccan songs that I got from youtube. I think tomorrows post will include some pretty good wiccan music that I have found on youtube.
