Once upon a time, in a small village in the mountains, there lived a boy.
He had spent his whole life in that village.
He loved the village and its peoples, but he longed to see the rest of the world.
So one day, he gathered his things, kissed his parents goodbye, and left.
He went the the countryside, and saw the farms, crops and animals.
He loved it.
He went to the oceanside, and saw the ocean for the first time.
He walked in the sand, gazed at the ocean, and wondered about life.
He visited the cities, and was amazed by the sights.
He saw the casinos, stores, and buildings taller and larger than he could have ever possibly imagined.
How, he thought, could anything go wrong?
A few days later, human fury and greed caught up with the rest of humanity.
Diplomacy and peace fell silent, as soldiers and guns came out to play.
Thousands dead.
And then
The bombs fell.
All hope was lost.
In time
Like tears in rain.
Time to die.
