please tell how i did with this poem i got the idea froma song by Vienne Teng so its not 100% original ^^( sorry for any typos!)




Tell me dear angel
What sins to commit
To take away pain and the burial
I swear to submit

Drink in the water
Taste the evil and be controled
A slave forever
To your own thougths and regrets

Hear my hearts prayers
speak of the humbling death
Listen through the winter dust
And paint your speach

Tasting the hopes of yesterdays ghost
Hearing the scream of the present immortal
Feeling the pressure of tomorows lie and regrets
Weave the fabric of hate and lust

Tell me dear angel
What sins to commit
For what do I live for
For what do I lie for


You reply with with a silent nod and hold out your hand
Alone and afraid I hesitate
Is it safe is it right

Finnaly I take your hand
All fear anger an pleasure alike disapear
one by one visions of pain and love pass by
A mother and child, a river as old as time itself , the very first funeral

Once more dear angel i will ask
What sins to commit
An answer is not what i seak
Only a simple chance at innocence
