The Ending of Kuroshitsuji II...
...was so effed up!!! gonk

WARNING: MASSIVE SPOILER ALERT!!!!

Okay, so basically, Sebastian dukes it out with Claude for the right to Ciel's soul, Sebastian kills Claude with that demon sword thingy, Alois leaves Ciel's body so he's gone... Now all that's left is Sebastian, Hanna, and Ciel. Hanna falls over the edge of a cliff while holding Ciel, telling Sebastian that he cannot have Ciel's soul even now that he is alive because Alois' wish when he made a contract with her was that when Ciel gets his body back he is to be reborn as a demon... meaning there is no soul there for Sebastian to eat. Basically the rest of the episode is a complete mind-f*ck. Sebastian gives packages to everyone containing a piece of candy from Ciel's company as well as a note that says "In Memory of Ciel Phantomhive, who died on [insert date here] at the age of 13 years," so everyone who was ever involved with him thinks he's dead now, but he's not.

Sebastian and Ciel leave the Phantomhive mansion and he talks with Ciel in the carriage about how he only served as Ciel's butler in order to obtain his soul in the end, but now that he has obeyed Ciel's previous order (from episode 11) to remain his butler for eternity, he now has to spend eternity with Ciel who, being a demon now, has no soul for him to devour. So basically, Sebastian is stuck and rather unhappy about it (at least, I think he's unhappy about it). The last you see of Ciel and Sebastian at the end of the episode is Sebastian carrying Ciel through a pretty field of roses to the edge of a cliff, and Ciel tells Sebastian that there is only one thing that Sebastian need say to him from now on... so Sebastian says "Yes, My Lord," jumps off the cliff with Ciel in his arms, and that's the end of the episode.

Seriously, though, wtf just happened there? That fall wouldn't be enough to kill Sebastian or Ciel, so why did he jump? x_x It makes no sense, and we all know how very unclear Kuroshitsuji's cliffhanger endings are... The first season ended with a cliffhanger, too, but it was explained further when season 2 kicked off... but season 2 is the end of the series for good, so there will be no explanation of that ending! crying It makes me so piiiiiiissed!!! xd

...I'm really glad Hanna and Claude died, though. Claude's death was actually kind of sad in a way because he realized that Alois' soul was worth devouring after all and he completely missed his chance, so he's kinda confiding in Sebastian about it... Little heart-to-heart moment between two demons. 'Twas cute. xd

Hanna, though... oh, I'm glad that b*tch is gone. stressed I felt bad for her at the beginning of the season when Alois gouged her eye out, but once I found out she was a demon and was intentionally screwing with not only Sebastian's head, but Claude's too, I just wanted her to die, lmao.

Anyway, I think I've ranted enough about the last episode of Kuroshitsuji 2. To be completely honest, I just posted this journal entry 'cause I have nothing better to do at the moment. sweatdrop
